Company Policies

Animal health and safety

  1. All animals must be up to date on basic vaccinations and shots. That includes (but may not be limited to) the following:
  • Distemper
  • Bordetella
  • Rabies
  1. All scheduled work is pending final trainer approval. While we set out to provide services to a broad range of dogs, for the safety of our trainers, our dogs, and our class attendees - we reserve the right to decline a session or to end a session early. In the event this happens, you will receive a full refund for the day, and a refund of any remaining sessions purchases if we are unable to work with your dog in the future. When possible, we will work with you to convert a group purchase to 1-on-1 lessons to allow us to continue working with a dog.

  2. All dogs must be the appropriate age for training. We cannot safely work with puppies under the age of 10 weeks, and some packages have age limits.

  2. Multi-session packages can be refunded, but the refund will be pro-rated for each session up to 48 hours from notice of cancelation.
  3. Refunds will be for the valid amount, minus a 10%/$50 (whichever is lower) processing fee.
  4. We offer a “1 max per customer” goodwill waiver on refund processing fees, at employee discretion.

Risk

While we do our best to ensure a safe training environment (incl removing dogs we deem dangerous) working with dogs entails risk.

We may choose to provide emergency veterinary services to your animal. You will be asked to declare a maximum amount to spend before training starts in the event we cannot reach you during an emergency. If you do not declare an amount, you will be liable for up to $2000 dollars in emergency bills by default.
